Leaglematrix LLP builds intelligent tools that help lawyers research, draft, manage cases, analyse contracts and appear in court with greater clarity and less friction. Our products Lawsuite and Liaison are designed for the realities of Indian legal practice.
Who we are
Leaglematrix LLP exists to close the gap between the way law is practised and the tools available to practitioners. Legal work still depends heavily on manual research, fragmented case files and last minute preparation. We believe technology should remove that friction without replacing professional judgment.
The firm is led by Ketavarapu Sai Karthikeyan, a law graduate of Damodaran Sanjivayya National Law University (class of 2026), and Karra Sai Karthik, a software engineer from Ideal Institute of Technology (class of 2025). Together they combine deep understanding of legal process with the ability to build reliable, thoughtful software.
Our focus is practical. We design for the daily workflows of advocates, law firms and in house counsel: case tracking, hearing preparation, legal research, document drafting, contract analysis and compliance review. Every product decision is tested against whether it makes real practice easier.

Lawsuite is a legal practice intelligence platform. It brings together case management, hearing calendars, AI powered legal research and drafting, document organisation and hearing mode for courtroom preparation. Designed for advocates and firms who want one coherent workspace instead of scattered tools.
Liaison centres on Contract Doctor, a specialised agent for contract analysis and drafting. It reviews commercial, technology transfer and cross-border agreements for compliance, balance and legal validity under Indian Contract Act, commercial jurisprudence, export controls and applicable foreign law. Risks, missing elements and precise clause improvements are flagged with citations to current statutes.
